Referral Agent partners assess client needs and connect with WindTalker to manage the entire process, including sales, implementation, on-boarding, and ongoing service and support.
Client Management Consultant
Client Management Consultants manage the sales process, and rely on WindTalker to provide implementation, on-boarding, and technical support throughout the relationship lifecycle.
WindTalker Resellers are responsible for sales, implementation, on-boarding, and first-line support. WindTalker provides support escalation services as well as product warranty and upgrades.
